Coastal Commerce Bank does not sell its customer’s information to third parties. To enable us to better serve you, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the following types of third parties:

• Non financial companies such as data processors and check printers, and others with which we may contract to perform operational functions on behalf of the Bank and our customers

• Companies which may perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial service providers with which we have joint marketing agreements, and which will agree with us to maintain the confidentially of the information they receive from us

• We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.

Your Opt Out Right to Non-Affiliated Third Parties

If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out by directing us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law).
