Telephone Scam

3/2/2010 – A telephone scam has been reported in our local area. Customers have reported receiving an automated call stating that their debit card has been deactivated. They are prompted to press "1" to reactivate their card and prompted to enter their debit card number. This is a fraudulent call – Do not respond or reply to the call.

Coastal Commerce Bank will never request confidential information about your account or debit card by email, pre-recorded phone calls or text messages. Please call 580-2265 with any questions concerning this fraud alert.
